We have been operating since 1999 and are located at 12-111 Fourth Ave. Suite 371 St. Catharines, Ontario L2S 3P5.

We are seeking to hire a Latin American Sales Manager. This is a full time, permanent position for 40 hours per week at a wage rate of $39.74 per hour.

Must possess the following:
• Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales
• Excellent knowledge / Fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge in Social Media and Marketing
• Knowledge in Horticulture Industry
• Willingness to learn the Coconut Coir Product
• Ability to self regulate and manage time efficiently
• Team Player
• Driver’s license and ability to travel local and international
• Five years work experience with international customers accounts in sales
• Be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and close deal
• Proven sales record

Job duties are described below:
• Maintain existing customer relationships through excellent customer service. This requires professional and timely communication responses to all customers.
• Seeking new customer accounts in existing markets and possible future markets through management of lead sources.
• Co-ordinating with sales team to meet targets and ensure proper customer service.
• Reviews of open orders and upcoming orders to ensure shipping schedules are met.
• Providing feedback to the company and sales team as to market progressions, trends and developments in the industry
• Managing social media presence as well as overview of website and article. With excellent computer skills
• This job requires travelling, attending trade shows, visiting customers outside the city in rural areas to visit the customers Greenhouse operation or Farmland.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with people of different backgrounds, negotiating sales contracts
• Knowledge of foreign export operations and familiarity with various trade laws and customs
