Job Overview:
CMN Courier Services is seeking dedicated and experienced Contract Courier Drivers to join our team. Drivers will be paid per stop plus a flat rate per day for gas to ensure fair compensation for every delivery (Monday - Friday). The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in courier services, possess a clean driver’s abstract, and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver packages in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• Follow assigned delivery route while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered to the correct recipient.
• Use GPS, route optimization tools, and company-provided guidelines for deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as required.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a courier driver (essential).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major violations (required).
• Access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle (bonus if you own a courier van, but not required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
• Excellent customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, load, and carry packages as needed.
