Our call center team is an award-winning team that works together to provide Canadians from coast-to-coast the customer service they've come to count on.
Support customers on various browsers on desktops and mobile devices (PC/androids and iOS).
Assist customers via inbound phone, chat and email regarding eCommerce experiences with any CTC brand.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
Upholds quality standards, focusing on accurate and timely delivery of services
Communicates professionally with internal and external customers.
Demonstrates patience, understanding, and empathy
Who You are:
Passion for driving exceptional customer experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Active listening and professional verbal communication skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Problem solver and detail-oriented
Effective time management and task prioritization
Relates well to all kinds of people. Able to build and maintain professional relationships.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary : $17.90
