Pair of Hubley “Ranger 44” Toy Die-Cast Cap Guns
This pair of guns is an extremely rare find, especially in such fine condition, see pictures.
- Made by Hubley in the 1950’s, theses guns have a nice weight to them
- the entire gun is decorated with a fancy scrollwork design to the die-cast metal
- one side of the barrel is marked “Hand” the other side “Made in Canada”
- both sides are marked “RANGER 44” under the bullet chamber
- ivory grips show a cowboy riding a horse with gun in hand
- the Hubley die cast star is prominently set into each of the ivory grips
- all grips are excellent, with no cracks or missing pieces
- gun barrels release easily by pushing the knob to expose where the roll of caps go
- one is in excellent condition showing very little use
- the other gun is in new condition, never played with or fired
- great find for any collector
